nicotine software package provides graphical client for the SoulSeek peer-to-peer system, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install nicotine
nicotine is installed in your system.
Make ensure the nicotine package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nicotine *
You will get with nicotine package name, version, architecture and description in a table
